Οι συνομιλίες στο ΝΒΑ μεταξύ ιδιοκτητών, στελεχών πρωταθλήματος, προπονητών και παικτών σχετικά με την επανεκκίνηση των playoffs, έχουν φτάσει στην κορύφωσή τους.
Οι παίκτες και το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του ΝΒΑ έχουν ξεχωριστές συναντήσεις που ξεκίνησαν στις 18:00 ώρα Ελλάδας.
Λίγο πριν τις 19:00 οι παίκτες αποφάσισαν να συνεχιστούν και να ολοκληρωθούν κανονικά τα playoffs, με την ανάδειξη του πρωταθλητή της σεζόν 2019-20.
Τα τρία αποψινά παιχνίδια αναβάλλονται και θα οριστούν για τις επόμενες ημέρες. Τα playoffs θα συνεχιστούν την Παρασκευή (28/8) ή το Σάββατο (29/8).

Conversations have been ongoing throughout the morning among owners, league executives, coaches and players about how the league can restart these playoffs, sources tell ESPN. The players and Board of Governors have separate meetings set to start now.
